Students who have been elected to serve as State Officers for SkillsUSA in Minnesota are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct as stated below for use of the SkillsUSA Minnesota Webmail service. State Officers must reflect the finest possible image of the organization, the students, the schools, and any other concerned.

By using this webmail service...

1. I will, at all times, respect public and private property, including any facility physical or virtual, such as a website.

2. I will conduct myself in a responsible manner that shows respect for others and the community at large and will refrain from any action, behavior or words that could be considered harassment by any one I come in contact with regarding the SkillsUSA Minnesota organization.

3. I shall keep my conduct exemplary at all times.

4. As an officer of SkillsUSA, I will represent my organization, and state with respect. This means that, for my term of office, I will not use my SkillsUSA Minnesota email to sign up for such things as MySpace, Facebook, YouTube or other sites. My email address must be used only to reflect the finest possible image of the organization, the students, the schools, and any other concerned. I also understand that these Websites will be monitored and I will be requested to remove accounts which portray my SkillsUSA Minnesota email address.

If I fail to abide by these rules, I will be on probation as an officer and subject to the consequences of my advisor, school, State SkillsUSA Board of Directors or State SkillsUSA Director.

By logging into your Inbox you agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct as set forth by the State Executive Director and Board of Directors of SkillsUSA Minnesota, and, if found in violation of any rule, I shall accept the penalty as imposed on you to the extent of immediately being banned from using any SkillsUSA Minnesota webmail services.

(You must have javascript enabled on your browser to use) Hover your mouse over the "Contact Us" Item in the top menu bar and fill in your username, which is your whole email address (eg. If prompted for unknown certificate click "Ok" or "Proceed." A new window will pop up showing your email account options. Click on the icon to enter your Inbox.

From here the email system works like any other webmail client.
