SkillsUSA Minnesota Is Celebrating Its 50th Anniversary!

SkillsUSA and other Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are key components to strong Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. CTSOs integrate initiatives into CTE programs and courses and extend teaching and learning through innovative programs, business and community partnerships and leadership experiences at the school, state and national levels.

?To all current and former members of? SkillsUSA (VICA?), you are cordially invited to? attend this milestone 50th Anniversary.  Please come and ?share in the excitement the weekend of March 31 thru April 2, 2017 at the Bloomington DoubleTree Hotel. ?this ?meet SkillsUSA National Executive Director, Tim Lawrence and your State Executive Director, Jennifer Polz. ?Career and Technical Education is helping our nation address key challenges such as workforce development, student achievement, economic vitality and global competitiveness. As a former SkillsUSA (VICA) ?member you will be able to share your ?stories, memories and ?testimony with ?former members from the past five decades, meet ?Education and Industry representatives? and also meet ?the ?SkillsUSA National Executive Director, Tim Lawrence and your State Executive Director, Jennifer Polz.
